    Having many dogs over the years with various issues and need for specialists, I have visited multiple 24/7 Veterinary Hospitals. This one had such a welcoming, sunny and friendly environment. The staff was so unbelievably friendly and caring towards my dog. Dr. Sapienza (ophthalmologist) and his assistants took the time to explain and listen. It was a great experience that, at other places, do not go that way! Thank you LIVS!

    3 1/2 stars. The staff was kind and professional, and I appreciate that they took my bird seriously when I brought him in for a seizure.

    However, I left feeling uncomfortable with how the situation was handled and explained. I clearly stated that the seizure occurred after an injury, and that this was not a recurring or unexplained issue. I also informed the veterinarian that I am a wildlife rehabilitator and have experience caring for birds. Despite this, the focus seemed to shift toward possible nutritional causes rather than the injury I described.
