I am very picky when it comes to my nail shape (I get acrylics) and I have never been able to find someone who does them the exact way I want them. So imagine my surprise when I came in for a last-minute same-day appointment and my nails were not only shaped perfectly but the design I asked for was also meticulously done! Heby is very polite, friendly, and thorough. I recently found out I have an allergy to gel nail polish, and it is solely because of her carefulness that I can still indulge in getting my nails done. I have been to her twice now and she is so focused on making sure my nails are perfect and the exact way I want them. I wish I took photos of the first time...read full review

This place is busy AF so I suggest you call ahead but even then you might walk in and have to wait 30 min. I was lucky enough to get my appointment started quickly but DO NOT GO ON A FRIDAY! IT WAS PACKED. not to mention people just kept walking in.My nails were done fine enough. I ended up not getting polish because their assortment of gel colors was lacking. I don't have time to wait for nail polish to dry after sitting for an hour getting tips done.I wasn't happy with the guy not pushing my cuticles back after asking several times and didn't thoroughly clean my nails before starting. I've gone here numerous times for their spa pedicures and manicures occassionally. Unfortunately, the latest experience there wasn't the best. I went for DIP Powder manicure and it cracked within an hour after my appointment. I went back the next day and they "fixed" it. They even charged me to get it fixed despite how I just had it done the day before. Sadly, I noticed more cracks the next day. So I called ahead of time to inform them and was given the approval to drop by after work. I arrived and was told the wait will be super long and asked if I can return another day.
