EVERYONE there was nice and accommodating! From my eye exam to purchasing glasses, the process was seamless. Believe the gentleman who helped with my new glasses selection was named Jim. Quite the gentleman!! Would highly recommend the personalized service and the competitive prices..

Lisa and Dr. Ressel were fantastic to work with, . The doctor did a great job for the exam, and Lisa was so helpful through the whole process. She’s an angel to work with. Haydee also helped us and was great. Feels like a family there. Definitely recommend this place.

I have been going to Visionworks for over a decade. My glasses broke and I was still covered on my warranty and my frame replaced . Larry the optometrist is an excellent and professional person. He always goes above & beyond. In fact when he was transferred from the Garden city store , to the Plainview store me and my family followed him to this location. Even though it’s a distance from my home, I don’t mind because he and the eye doctors are awesome and very considerate and very patient. The rest of the staff is also very kind and attentive. I highly recommend going to Visionworks and ask for Larry he will take good care of because he does a remarkable job.
