The attention from all the staff was fast and great. However, we asked the doctor for a cast because my mother was just visiting the country and she fell due to black ice. The doctor said it was not necessary and that she only needed a wrist brace. When she returned to her home country, they had to put her arm in a cast urgently because it was broken.

The entire experience was seamless, from the reception staff all the way through to the consultation and surgery with Dr. Ong. He is caring, thorough, and answered all of my questions.
