I had previously purchased a dress online but measured my bust wrong. When the dress arrived it was too small on top and would not close at all. I contacted the company and to my dismay, they told me the dress is discontinued and that I could not order the next size up. I was distraught as I LOVED this dress. My fiancé recommended we go to his cleaners to see if Nadia can work her magic. And let me tell you, magic she did! I knew this was going to be a daunting task. The dress needed fabric added to the side panels in order to for it to close. It also needed to be hemmed and the off the shoulder sleeves needed to be shortened. Nadia had us come for multiple fittings to make sure everything was working/ fitting the way we needed it to. She was extremely professional, kind and hard working. She got the dress done in time for my 30th birthday photoshoot (she was extremely busy at the time and was able to fit us in which I was very grateful for). The dress came out absolutely PERFECT. She was able to make the dress fit and was even able to give the dress a little train! I will forever recommend Nadia and all the staff (we also had the dress dry cleaned) at American Dry Cleaners. Our experience there was impeccable and we have absolutely NO complaints.
American Dry Cleaners did an amazing job with our custom table cloth. It had gotten disgustingly stained from our first Festival and I was fearful it was going to be trashed after just one time out. Enter Cameron and his courteous crew to the rescue. They restored it and I was able to save $500 from having to purchase a new one. Thank you guys and I will be a loyal customer for years to come!
