Goes with a non periodized model which goes against the norm in the industry! Guys who are big into periodization like Louie Simmons are on board with what he is doing. Big believer in being able to perform at any given time, as opposed to tapering to be able to perform for a specific time.
These guys are awesome. They push you hard, but are totally conscious of your limitations and coach you in alternate methods if something agrivates an injury. Been working with then for three months and have seen a great increase in strength, muscle tone and even lost some weight.
