I came in with knee pain which initiated during my training cycle for the Boston Marathon. It was discerned to be muscle adhesion which cause pulling on my knee. I was unable to get through 2 miles of running prior to seeing Dr. Matt and now am able to start workouts and long runs (about 3 months of treatment). He is great and really helps!!

I have been seeing both of the providers. Mid March I began with Alex to work on my knee/hips/back saga, and In April Matt works on my neck/shoulders/arm pain. I am moving and walking “much” better!
