Virtually everything about working with Mendon HVAC was top notch. They didn't oversell us. They recommended what we needed. When asked about upgrading to a higher model, they said the ROI would be horrible and un-necessary. Bob, RJ and a third gentleman installed our system THEMSELVES on a Saturday. (Don't under-rate the importance of this!) They corrected other HVAC issues that they spotted with our previous system without additional charges. I had quotes on a new gas furnace and AC/heat pump from 7 different firms. They were all very polite but RJ and Bob just had a very, very high level of credibility and they delivered on their promises and professional opinions....read full review
