Evolution Pilates in Pittsford and at the Armory on Culver Road has changed the way I look at working out! I started in 2019 and have continued to this day. Working with the great instructors (many that are trained in dance) to help with Pilates moves, allows you to challenge your muscles in a different way. If you start Pilates, you will love it!

I am a Pilates instructor and have been in the Fitness and Dance Industry for over 35 years. I recently took the intro private with Michelle and I was amazed at her knowledge, the friendly welcoming and the connection we made during my sessions. I am planning on continuing in classes when I able to but this was well worth for me and anyone else who has an interest in Pilates. I give it a 5STAR rating.

Michelle and all of her staff are excellent teachers! The atmosphere is warm and inviting and so much better than any "chain" type place. If you're looking for a Pilates studio...I highly recommend Evolution!
