“So this may be one of the last great companies left in the world. In a time where customer support has gone the way of the dinosaur, this company was right there when I needed support. No this is not a fake or AI review. This is a genuine story of a company standing behind their product. Here is my story. I hired these guys to do the floor in my wood shop, down in my basement. While the job looked great Initially, over time, I started to see a problem. There were patches on the floor that were rough
and that made it difficult to sweep and mop. Over time, these areas became dark and stained, drastically changing the look of the floor. I think the original installers were thinking, since this is a potentially hazardous place, we need to make it so that it 's not slippery. It was a good thought but it didn't work in terms of what I was trying to achieve down there for cleanliness and upkeep. Anyway, I was referred to Amber, the owner who was very concerned about the job even though she had purchased the company after my job had been completed. She then referred me to Josh as the project manager who came out to look, then sent Ray and Sean to grind down the job, reflake it and put a thick layer of smooth epoxy over the top. These fuys were geart! In short they did a fantastic job, and even hung plastic to protect the contents of the shop from dust. You just don't see think level of customer support anymore sadly. You truly learn the most about a company and their philosophy when you have a problem. The Garage Makeover Co. knocked it out of the park. I wish them continued success and would refer them without reservation. 5 stars“
