I went to the place to get a facial. Very happy with the results. Skin feels healthier and younger. Called back for a 2nd appointment and was put to a voicemail that stated "leave your name and number" " will call back to schedule" never received a call back or email etc. Nothing... Terrible customer service _________ Update _________ 7/28/22 I have received a call back to set up a appointment. There must have been a misunderstanding. Upgrading to 5 Stars ?
