Charged a full hour for a minor repair when the technician was on site for only 30min. Surprise! Then added a trip fee to the invoice as an insult. Way to gouge your clients, Glenn! Left our house exterior dirtied and scuffed by their ladder. No value to be found with Glenn Newcomer. Website says, “Level of Integrity.” Ha! Integrity likely means something different where Glenn Newcomer is from. Stay away from NRI!

Very disappointed in the professionalism of this company. They write up an estimate to do work. Which I had to chase them down for. Then at the last minute hits you with wanting a $1000.00 deposit that they never mentioned upfront. Totally screwed up the scope of work with the City Of Elmira. Setting me back to starting all over. They also Received a letter of guaranteed payment from the city. Which obviously wasn’t good enough. Life is hard enough to have to deal with a company such as this. Very frustrating & stressful indeed. Plus the owner was very disrespectful over the phone. Beware. Being a Christian doesn’t always mean they do the right thing. Sad
