Calmness from the start.I know I could not have done better anywhere else. All most gave up on our home fencing ideas and our color choice when vendors wouldn’t even respond because of the uniqueness of order. Gerry is amazing, a true customer service pro. I needed a small section of custom color fence to repair some storm damage. I reached out to the original installer here in CT who gave me a price for just the parts that I though was alot too high. I searched the internet for a supplier of the fence I needed and found Gerry. From the very start Gerry was most interested in making sure I was only purchasing what parts I needed, then confirming that the color was correct.
