I did not leave there happy. I showed her pics of what I wanted, she didnt know how to do what I wanted..I asked for chunky highlights, she put them in the front but it looked like she poured hair color through a strainer on the back of my head. It looked horrible..AND what did I pay 350$ for???? I'm still stumped about it because the text receipt doesnt break down what I paid for???I have NEVER paid that much anywhere..That was rediculous! I felt robbed walking out of there..NEVER AGAIN

I have been a customer of Venus for many years off and on. I highly highly recommend Venus. Their staff was very professional, caring, they listen when you say you want a certain style. You actually get the cut and the style that you ask for or that you show in a in a photo. They always go above and beyond in professionalism, customer service, and the place is very nice. The only problem I would say is most of the time when you call, you have to leave a message And wait for a call back. I don't think that is too bad of a thing if you are a patient person. I would definitely say give them a try ??‍♀️?

Made appt last week, couldn't remember the time, called, got ans machine. I left message and then gave a wrong number, called again, no answer. Called again, left another message. Went over the day of appt, stood at the door, nobody. Sat in my car and tried calling....again, no answer. Sat there in my car opposite their door, again saw no one. After sitting there for 16 minutes I left. When I made appointment I spoke with 2 women, neither gave their name and I felt I was interrupting something. They never asked my name either when appt was made. Won't get my business. I made an appointment elsewhere.
