Was extremely fortunate to have a friend recommend the gym to us and now my son and I have been training under Marc (and Brandon, Lee, Gabe and Jared) for the past 3 years! At the time we started my son was 15 and I was 42; having great instructors and teammates to train with and grow under has been a tremendous blessing for us both! This will be the ONLY gym in the area we train at…thank you to everyone!!
Best overall gym in cny. There is everything for everybody. There is kids classes/adult classes, full weight room. Everything you can ask for all under one roof. Stop by and check it out sometimes...
Bringing my older son to the BJJ Fundamentals class was the best thing for him. Lee is a great instructor and its a great group of people that continue to mold and mentor him! My daughters equally love the Grappling and Wrestling classes. By far the best family friendly atmosphere I have seen yet at a gym!
