When my mother passed away, virtually every company and organization that I dealt with was unbelievably difficult to deal with. Rickelle at Sweet-Woods, on the other hand, was wonderful. Not only was she very pleasant and helpful, but she went back and forth with me a number of times to make changes to my parents memorial stone. The memorial was perfect. I also live out of town, and Sweet-Woods installed the stone very quickly in time for a scheduled visit to Syracuse. I would highly recommend Sweet-Woods - you will not be disappointed!
