Oswego County SPCA provided an environment for Maggie to grow, learn and to feel like she belongs while awaiting her forever home with us. Maggie is one of the sweetest, gentle, playful, joyful, and loving pups. From the moment our pact met Maggie, it has felt like she has always belonged and finished out our pact. When our sweet Abby (RIP?) began losing strength in her hind legs and became incontinent, Erica went above and beyond to make sure she still felt clean, comfortable, and cared for. “Our boy Beau was a 10 year old bath hating border collie when we took him to be groomed for the first time here at CNY Canine Grooming. He went one other time to another groomer in his life, but he acted like he did not have a good experience. I tried giving him baths at home, but I longed for him to get a professional bath and shave. We found the owner to be a canine compassionate groomer, She had him in and out within an hour and he looked so very handsome!! I brought him again six months later for a quick groom before winter so he could continue to be comfortable going to this location. Now we are eager to have him groomed for the summer during his scheduled appointment this week. I am writing this review to appeal to the dog owners of dogs who don’t like going for a grooming. It’s one on one and so personable, this groomer loves dogs and the art of making them look their best. Highly recommend this facility for your shy or reluctant fur baby! Check out his after photo!
