“Our boy Beau was a 10 year old bath hating border collie when we took him to be groomed for the first time here at CNY Canine Grooming. He went one other time to another groomer in his life, but he acted like he did not have a good experience. I tried giving him baths at home, but I longed for him to get a professional bath and shave. We found the owner to be a canine compassionate groomer, She had him in and out within an hour and he looked so very handsome!! I brought him again six months later for a quick groom before winter so he could continue to be comfortable going to this location. Now we are eager to have him groomed for the summer during his scheduled appointment this week. I am writing this review to appeal to the dog owners of dogs who don’t like going for a grooming. It’s one on one and so personable, this groomer loves dogs and the art of making them look their best. Highly recommend this facility for your shy or reluctant fur baby! Check out his after photo! “We’ve gone to both Manlius & Liverpool locations for our dog’s nail trims & occasional baths. We see to Layla, who our dogs love! She is so kind, gentle, and great with nail trims they typically don’t let me do at home. It means so much to me that I found someone who I 100% trust with my dogs! All the employees at both locations are great. Excellent customer service, easy booking, & they handle my crazy dogs so well!“
