20 out of 5 stars! Penny is extremely talented and super personable. You'll enjoy every second from the moment you walk into her adorable and prestine salon. She has been my go to for the past 20 years at various salons and one of the only people I trust with my thick, curly hair. It's more than just a job to Penny. This is her passion and it shows.
