Most projects look spiffy and well done on finishing day, but for us what is important is how it is preforming a year or two later. The summer of 2018 Fred and crew did a complete rebuild of the three front entrances to our 1870ish Victorian home. The project involved significant architectural detail. Fred truly exhibited the depth of his craftsmanship on our porches. They have stood the test of use and still WOW people who see them for the first time.\nIn February 2020 a broken pipe wiped out most of our formal dining room and library. Fred and Cornerstone to the rescue. In the middle of covid he worked with us to find and install materials that restored the rooms to better than original. His meticulous work with flooring details and with the wide crown moulding is exceptional.\nFred is a professional who takes pride in his work. He is reliable and dependable. He is knowledgeable and skilled in his craft and can make suggestions and recommendations. We highly recommend Fred and his crew and plan on calling him again.
Arctic Fox spray foamed our garage and basement. Prior to their work we were struggling with the basement staying above freezing in the deep winter. Since install, the basement hasn't dipped below 50 even during -20°F nights. Thank you Arctic Fox for protecting our pipes from the freezing temps of the North Country.
I am a regular customer at Bedford Headshoppe but what happened today was really frustrating. I don't recommend at all booking any hair appointement with someone called Christie. Very rude and undescent. I booked my appointement online then called to confirm my appointement over the phone. My appointement was confirmed at 5.15 today. when I arrived Christie just said she cannot do my hair because my appointement is at 5.00- and the system double booked another client at that same time. The other client she referred to was not even yet there. I explained that this appointement was very important because I was travelling tomorrow to Montreal for my son's wedding. Christie showed no sympathie at all and simply asked me to leave. This attitude is totally unprofessionel, senseless and undescent. Highly don't recommend dealing with this person: Christie!
