My company has been using RIST for well over a year and we have used them to ship all over the Northeast. They have been able to provide us a great service at a great price. Recently, I was in a pinch to get something delivered and sales rep Jordan Cook and customer service manager Morgan Key were able to assist within the hour and meet our earlier than requested delivery. I look forward to continuing to use their services.

I have never met more friendly customer service folk in my entire life. They deal with the same things day in and day out and are still so friendly and patient. There is one employee who should be employee of the year and his name is Steven. If you get the pleasure of speaking with him, know you will have a blessed day.

I've been using freight companies for six years and I have 4-5 shipments a week. RIST did two things that I have NEVER experienced in all my years in business. They delivered a shipment in one day and they actually called me back. The 1-day turnaround is not terribly surprising but actually having a rep call back is.They are a pleasant surprise and a breath of fresh air.
