Our many years in Plattsburgh, Danny did so many repairs and building in our home, from custom cabinets, to granite servers and the most beautiful deck - we have never found another man as capable as Danny. Boy do we wish anyone we have hired in other states to do half the job he did. He is truly one of a kind. Thank you for all your hard work that continues to live on with pieces you made for us that we still have and have lasted for over 20 years.
I only recently moved up here so I had no idea where to get most things done and my favorite jacket was showing some wear. I found Ann's after a quick Google search. The shop itself is a quaint little room inside a private residence. My interactions were short sweet and to the point. I needed a new zipper on my jacket, I showed what was wrong with it, I was given a price and a time frame, and I left being told that it would probably be ready in about a week. Two days later I received a call that my jacket was done. When I went to pick it up I was brought inside, shown the repairs, and given a few tips for upkeep in order to increase my jacket's longevity. The price was reasonable and I couldn't have been happier with the service.
