We contacted Ferris after having multiple negative experiences with a few other companies. We worked with Chuck and he was AMAZING! He fully explained what we needed and was knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions regarding the issues with our well. I would highly recommend this company and especially Chuck to anyone! Ferris will definitely be our first contact if we need anything in the future.

Called at 5:00 with no water. They were here in 30 minutes and had the well pump out in 10… replaced the old junk with a new goulds quality pump… from time of call to my water back on was under 2 hours.
