Andy (owner) and Ryan did an excellent job on replacing gutters and downspouts on my house. Quoted me a month ago and great communication leading up to the date of install. They were right on time and completed the job as discussed. Very professional and great pricing. Will recommend and definitely do business in the future!
I have a small house, but it has had continuous gutter problems. I really needed to find someone who could replace them and make them right. After reading numerous reviews, I decided that Rochester Gutter Company may be the best choice for my needs. Andy and Ryan just finished installing them yesterday and after going for the 6 inch size, they do look great. After the heavy rain from two days ago, they both gladly came out to ‘twerk’ a few troublesome areas. Andy definitely has a lot of experience and was able to fix problems I have dealt with for years. Had damage to our soffit and needed it replaced. Call RGC and spoke with Andy who stopped out the very next day to review the needed work and give us a quote.
His quote was very reasonable for the work needed.
His communication was great on when he would be by to do the work, and how long it would take. Even called us ahead of time to move the day of repair because of a incoming winter storm, and came out when the weather cleared.
The finished work looks fantastic. You can tell Andy and his coworker take a lot of pride in what they do.
All in all, was a great experience and will definitely recommend him to friends and family.
