I now go to the Great Clips in Penfield with my sister to see our favorite hair stylist, Crystal. She (Crystal) has become the manager at Penfield, Congrats, girl! I have been with Crystal for many years and would follow her anywhere. My sister's hair person was at a salon and getting too expensive, as we both keep our hair short and like to have haircuts every 4/5 ~ 6 weeks or so. Recently, my sister asked me to take her to see Crystal and Voila, my sister and I now go together for our haircuts. If need be, Crystal helps out at the other GC locations from time to time, therefore if she's at Webster, we can always go there, as well. I live in Webster & my sister in Ontario....read full review
I went to Penfield because it was recommended by a mom on Facebook for my child's first haircut. We were not disappointed. We had Crystal and she was fantastic with my daughter. She saw that my daughter had cut her own hair so after she trimmed the back, Crystal feathered my daughter's bangs to make the accidental cut less obvious. Then she was able to cut my hair as well. She was very kind and respectful and asked for my opinion on the style for both haircuts. It was an excellent experience.
Crystal has cut my hair for years - I followed her from Webster to Penfield. She knows me, and my hair - providing a consistent cut time after time. Always friendly and professional . Thanks for all you do!
