“I'm not a patient of Dr. Ricci but if I didn't have a good dentist, I would be. Dr. Ricci was covering for my regular dentist while he was out of town. As luck would have it, I broke a pretty large filling. Dr. Ricci made time for me immediately. He was friendly, and is skilled with the needle ( no novacaine zing ). He drilled out the old filling, and replaced it in about an hours time. If you're looking for a dentist whose friendly, skilled, and just an all-around nice guy. I would highly recommend you go see Dr. Ricci.“

The office was able to squeeze me and handle the emergency all in the same day.Dawn, the receptionist was kind and welcoming. She was patient in trying to figure out my insurance information and treated me like one of their own from the moment I walked in the door.Taylor, the dental assistant on my case, was wonderful. She was professional, paid close attention to detail and made what could have been a tense situation feel light.I want to preface the next part of this review by saying that I have had subpar dental experiences in my past, some that drove me away from the dentist for years...Dr. Lowenguth was INCREDIBLE. He got to the cause of my issue without judgement and was quick to come up with a solution. “Incredible experience at Harborside. Called on a Friday to schedule an appointment and they got me in by Monday! Excellent customer service all around. Receptionists were great, very pleasant. Office was clean and sanitary. Tools and tech was modern. They did x-rays (definitely needed after so long), a thorough cleaning, filled two cavities, and even a chipped tooth on my first visit. The hygienist did a great job communicating and my teeth felt great after the cleaning. Dr Antetomaso was personable, mindful of patient comfort, yet efficient. I could not be happier with a dentist experience. I have avoided a dentist for years, but this visit has motivated me to take better care of my oral hygiene. Highly recommended!“

“I went to Cornerstone Dental in their Henrietta, NY location yesterday for a cleaning, X-Rays and an exam and it was an absolute pleasure on every level!! Christine at the Front Desk was SO much fun and friendly, which started my appointment off right. Next, my Dental Hygienist, Sonny, did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth and doing my X-Rays! I didn't have one ounce of pain!!!! She was SO much fun, kind, gentle and friendly. My dentist, Dr. Kaylee Pollitt, is also very nice and gentle with my teeth. When my appointment was finished, the Manager, Carla Brucato came out to say hi! She was also SO friendly!! I was SO pleased and look forward to going back in February! They are also in the process of remodeling and the office looks very sleek and professional! I had an excellent experience on every level at Cornerstone Dental in Henrietta, NY!! Thank you to everyone there!!!! I'll definitely be back!!“

I have a huge sensory problem with the drill and she was very good about having conversations with the tech to keep me distracted and pausing to give me breaks without me asking. After a hefty filling, I only had discomfort the initial day and I feel brand new!“
“I've been going here for the last 3 years and have had excellent experiences throughout. Dr. D is very thorough and does most cleanings himself. Fortunately, the most work I ever needed was a filling here and there. Dr. D recently completed advanced training at NYU so can handle pretty much everything.
