“My wife and I recently worked with Pickford Contracting—Matt and Donna—on a full remodel of a bathroom and a powder room, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish.
Going into the project, we had a very clear vision and weren’t willing to compromise on the details. We also introduced new finishing materials and some out-of-the-box ideas that required flexibility and problem-solving. What stood out immediately was their response: enthusiasm, curiosity, and a consistent “no problem, we’ll figure it out” attitude. What ultimately won them the job was their enthusiasm and excitement to take on something new.
What followed was a truly collaborative process. Matt, Donna, and their team were engaged every step of the way, open to ideas, and willing to adapt when needed. Communication was excellent—something that’s often talked about but rarely delivered this well. Every afternoon we’d review the plan for the next day, align on goals, and address any questions before they became issues. That level of clarity made a big difference.
And the workmanship? Top notch. The quality and attention to detail are evident in every corner. More importantly, they really understood what we were trying to achieve and executed it beautifully—they nailed our vision.
If you’re looking for a team that combines craftsmanship with collaboration and communication, Pickford Contracting is an easy recommendation.”
