These include painting various rooms, completely gutting and renovating one of our bathrooms in 2023, and structurally rebuilding and reinforcing the garage's foundation in 2024. Most recently, in June 2025, Carlos and his crew renovated our porch. They also built a small retaining wall that properly diverts rainwater near the garage, and they replaced the ceiling, and shelf supports in a hall closet.
