I had an amazing experience with Brandon and Sewer Heroes. We were dealing with a potential sewer clogging issue and I called this morning to see if anyone was available to look at it today. I was able to get someone 5 hours from my call, which was awesome. Brandon was upfront about what needed to be done and explained why. He provided knowledgeable feedback and went the extra mile in following up to see if I had any additional questions or concerns. He was able to squeeze in an appointment within the next few days to fix this issue, as he mentioned he was very busy the next couple of weeks, which was greatly appreciated. Brandon at Sewer Hero’s was great.

Sewer Heroes fixed a years-old problem with my sewer line, giving me reassurance for the next 50 years. Hard to find that kind of return on investment in a home improvement project. They were super quick with their service, extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with, and took great care of my home. 10 stars!

I had a kitchen sink back up I wasn't able to clear with my household tools or plunger. I called and within in about an hour Mike showed up. Mike is very professional and competent. If you can, try to request him. I could tell he was prepared to do whatever it would take to get the drain cleared. They have all the commercial equipment, including video inspection tools. He was quick, efficient, and cleaned up the area he was working in. A really nice guy. Now I have Sewer Heroes stored in my phone. I am a customer for life.
