Will suggest work that is not in your best interest if it means they get to overcharge. Very Poor integrity and beyond unprofessional. Especially Melissa. Buyer beware!

Mr Hernandez was thorough, courteous, knowledgeable, and he left the work area very clean after the repair. we recommend him and northeast if you have any issues with your appliances.

Probably the worst to request a repair from : I told them what was wrong with my oven , they charged me $200 to come to my house look at oven and turn it on .. no tools were used then they say you need parts that I said were the problem . Then say the $200 doesn't go to the cost of repair .. then they say need 2 techs there for the job , cost $475 for other tech to help pull oven out ..is this surgery we are paying for ??? Next I call wolf to check on parts and say call back northeastern and Asked them for part number .. I call northeastern and they say can't give me that info but I paid $200 to know that .. it took them like 5 calls to get back to me and say... read full review
