The best customer service! I was able to get an appointment right away. They arrived on time. The men put shoe covers on when entering. They were very respectful of my home and did a great job.
I've now been using MetroAire for several years. They really are the best around: responsive and skilled technicians. Today, tech Brandon came same day to fix an issue with my water heater. He is not only knowledgeable....but has a wonderful personality. I hope with the recent corporate changes, nothing happens to change what I love about MetroAire!
