Not a pleasant experience, my friends and i purchased a gift voucher for one of our friends birthday several MONTHS ago and nobody answers the phone despite the voicemails and emails left. Our friend has not received good customer service and has not been able to book the massage in the first place.This is completely unprofessional and i recommend for everyone to call ahead before purchasing anything on the actual WEBSITE!!
