Great communication and quick work. And if it's a simple enough job, he might even get it done while-you-wait: I had an old laptop I was trying to get the bottom off of, but still had one screw I couldn't get out (it was stripped). I brought it in near the end of his work day and rather than just taking it and have me come back the next day, he took care of it right away.
I recently had the fan and touch strip on my 2017 MacBook Pro repaired, and the service was excellent. The team maintained great communication throughout the process, keeping me informed at every step. While there were a few delays due to the holiday season, they handled everything professionally and delivered high-quality work. The repair was completed at a great value, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
Fabian is a gentleman and a genius. I could not handle laptop battery replacement-didn’t have right tools and more likely… skill to do it. Visited Fabian on a Sunday and he fixed in 5 minutes. Honest, knowledgeable, and price is right. Shop Local!! Won’t be disappointed!!
