Complete Dental Care

​I cannot stress this enough: do not go to this dentist. My experience was nothing short of traumatic. From the moment I sat in the chair, the dentist showed a complete and utter lack of bedside manner, acting dismissive and cold.
He attempted a root canal on a tooth that clearly required a specialist. It was obvious throughout the process that he lacked the necessary experience and skill for the procedure. I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dental office with Dr. Joshua Ilan in Peekskill, NY.

My experience started before I even arrived. After scheduling my initial appointment and confirming it, the office rescheduled me, delaying my visit by two weeks.

When I arrived, I waited approximately 45 minutes before being called back. During that time, I overheard Dr. Ilan speaking over the phone with other patients in what I felt was a confrontational and dismissive manner. It did not inspire confidence or make for a welcoming environment.

DO NOT GO HERE. They spent less than 4 minutes on a cleaning the doctor is extremely rough and I felt pain in my gums for the rest of the day. The assistant also asked me to subscribe to her YouTube channel which I felt to be a bit unprofessional.
