DO NOT GO HERE. Last year I had a bad cavity and was in the process of switching dentists and found this place. I have had plenty of bad experiences with dentists, but Dr. Ilan was by far the worst. He told me I needed a crown, when I had received a different answer prior from one of colleagues. I had asked him about it cause I had preferred not to get the crown of I had been told a filling would suffice. When I asked he gave me no explanation and simply said no. I pressed further for an explanation and he said very rudely “it’s a difference in opinion do you want me to fix it or not.” I was in a lot of pain so I just blindly said yes. HORRIBLE DENTIST. 0/0!!! This office waited weeks to tell me about a cavity and crown I needed, then made me jump hoops to finally get it done 3 months later. Now I am in emergency services 2 weeks post crown insertion with EXCRUCIATING/HORRIBLE pain. Do NOT come here.
Unfortunately I experienced the bait and switch like another reviewer mentioned. I thought I was making an appointment to see Dr. Ilan but the dentist I saw was Dr. Silverman. I figured I would give him a try, I know many offices will list a main doctor but have multiple doctors working there. Dr. Silverman and the hygienist were both very friendly, however the cleaning was not thorough at all, it felt like he was barely touching my teeth, not even as good as I would do myself at home.
