“I went in today for my daughter and myself to do eyebrows, it being her first time ever and myself not having been waxed professionally in over 5 years. She was nervous and worried about it hurting but our tech was amazing and gave her the best first experience ever. She was gentle, friendly, and told her what she was doing as she was doing it so she knew what to expect and what was going on. She made her comfortable and my girl left there smiling from ear to ear. As for myself, she did exactly what I wanted and made me remember why it’s so important to leave it to the pros rather than just trying to do things yourself at home. They have two new life-long customers in us because we will most definitely be back!“
