On January 30 a brown out situation (low-voltage) cause my pump controller and well pump to fail. Might go to Guy is no longer able to do that kind of work and he gave me the name of Mike Duffield. I called Mike up at eight in the morning and explained what happened. My wife is in hospice care and I needed the water restored as soon as possible.. He said he would rearrange his schedule and would be there within the hour. Mike and a full crew showed up 45 minutes later. With little discussion, Mike said let’s get the water back on for your wife. They worked nonstop for three straight hours and replaced my entire water delivery system. Every step of the way Mike and his crew were professional and courteous. They had water restored before noon. His bill was extremely fair. (I have been doing contract work for 45 years. I know what things cost.). I recommend Mike Duffield and American pump service without reservation. Thanks so much, Mike
Mike came out on CHRISTMAS morning and changed our well pump so we could have water on Christmas! He was reasonably priced and definitely my hero! 100% recommend him!
Great service, with what felt like a nightmare having our pump not working, they made everything seem like a breeze. And got us running water the very next day. Very efficient and professional.
