John and Bob went above and beyond to help me get a second key for my old Subaru. It was not an easy task but in the end i was able to get what I needed for a very reasonable price and I could not be happier that I chose Village Lock and Door.i also witnessed many happy customers in and out while I was there.
Amazing customer service I came in after hours expecting to get turned away and instead Bob spent over an hour with me working on my issue going above and beyond. 100% would return highly recommended
Great work with a tramendous focus on every detail. I paid much less than I expected and got a lot more than I expected. My Sprinter doors and locks are working and looking like new, after being in awful and broken condition. They also were very knowledgeable and helpful with the locks at home. I now have a locksmith. I rarely recommend places. I highly recommend Village lock and door! And they love dogs too!
