CT resident who needed help with a suitcase on a Saturday and they were open until 1pm. They were super friendly and able to unlock the suitcase, even going as far as to figuring out the pin combo which I had forgotten. 5/5 would recommend and will be back for any key prints or locksmith issues in the future.

Really great people. Had a jewelry box with a problem lock - key was stuck in it and couldn't get it out, and lock not working properly prior to that. Brought it in, and in a few minutes it was fixed. I am very happy to have my jewelry box back - and they did it for no charge! .

Had an issue installing a lock at home and went in to see these guys for a problem I was having. The owner and his wife couldn’t not have been more helpful or accommodating in resolving my issue. Highly recommend this business. Always happy to keep my business local when possible.
