We've had the need to use their services from time to time over the years and they have always gone above and beyond to take care of our needs. Neil has been a lifesaver when we've had any kind of computer or internet issues.

As someone who works from home, I was pretty lost when my laptop stopped working. Neil worked very hard to fix my computer and kept me up to date throughout the process. Although the laptop could not be fixed (By fault of the store who sold it to me.) Neil then assisted me with information about where to get a new laptop and what would work best for me. He then managed to get all of my work off of my old laptop and move it onto my new one. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs a computer fix.
