We noticed a leak in our home at 6pm on a Wednesday. In a panic I called the first roofer that came recommended in a parents group. Since it was after hours I figured I'd be leaving a voicemail to be retuned the next day but Max answered right away. He showed up the next day around noon to find the source of the leak and a quote to repair the issue. He was friendly, honest and came prepared with a page full of local residents giving him recommendations as well. We decided on the spot to hire him to complete the repairs. He left off saying he'd have the issue fixed before the rain over the weekend and would call me within a few hours to schedule the work. He called me about an hour later and had his team over within the next 2 hours to fix it. His prices were fair, and the work was done quickly and clean. Under the span of 24 hours he picked up his phone, came out to diagnose the issue AND had it fixed! In the age where it's nearly impossible to get someone to even call you back, I'm grateful for people like Max.
It was such a pleasure working with Max and his team. True professionalism from the first call to the office with Simone until the end of the project. Max came to my house the same day I called. While on the roof inspecting what could be the culprit of the leak, he took pictures to show me the problem(s). Max explained clearly what was needed to fix the problem and gave a reasonable price quote. His team arrived early in the morning and Max arrived soon after to make sure his team was clear on what was needed. During the process it became apparent a little more work was needed than originally planned. Again he took pictures and told me about the additional work that was needed. Now you would think " Oh no, here's where the price goes up". But no, Max stuck with the original quote. He just wanted to make sure it was done correctly. His team completed the job in a few hours and left the driveway clean of any debris. Unfortunately there was still a problem after a heavy rain that same night. But Max’s team returned and found the issue. He stands behind his work. I very happy to finally find someone who cares about the quality of his work and has a good team behind him.
