Kerith is an outstanding acupuncturist and has literally saved my neck on numerous occasions. My upper body has developed repetitive strain patterns from working over the years. Keith's treatments have not only given me the most relief but also lasting change of those patterns. Both her kindness and professionalism are always stellar. As a healthcare professional myself, I highly recommend working with Kerith!
I have more experience with Kerith's life coaching than with the acupuncture, although I believe that the initial acupuncture grounded me enough to take action on her suggestions. I had put my life on hold for over 5 decades and Kerith helped me to see that almost all of my reactions and mindsets were actually due to being codependent. Once I got my mind around that I then started thinking about long range planning. Kerith said another sign of codependence is waiting for something to happen or change before taking action. Wow! I am originally from Upstate and have been going to acupuncturists for a few years. I moved here in July of 2021 and was in search of someone. I'm am truly grateful for coming across Kerith's website. She has helped me through a great deal of physical issues but the most important part about Kerith and her practice is that she truly listens and cares. That is a combination you rarely find. I go to Kerith weekly and look forward to my sessions; I consider them my physical and mental tune-up for the week. I have seen so much progress physically and mentally and look forward to see where my journey with Kerith takes me.
