I don’t say this lightly when I say that this was the BEST manicure and pedicure experience of my life. We came in (my daughter who is 11 and my sister in law and I) for pedicures and manicures. From the moment we walked in everyone was kind and welcoming. They explained everything that was going to happen in detail and answered every question we had thoroughly. The place was spotless and they even explained when things were going to be a different prices if we changed what we wanted. We got a normal pedicure, 2 vitamin C pedicures, a full set with a French manicure and a cat eye dip/gel manicure. Everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to go back again!

I’ve been going to First Lady nail salon and spa since they opened 12 years ago. I have experienced six different owners in that same location. They are hands-down the best of all of them. There is a reason that they have been in business for 12 years. The owners, Anna and Jackie. (Good Morning) and the staff are the best! They are all very good, but my gal Lily is great and a sweetheart! They are so friendly, welcoming, and courteous. I live in Mount Sinai and there are many nail salons in my area however I don’t mind driving from Mount Sinai to Patchogue because it is really worth it!
