Came here after moving to suffolk county as my usual repair man is now too far away. Took a chance off a reccomendation from a friend and very glad I followed through. Special shout out to their woodwind repair person Nick. I got both alto and baritone saxes overhauled and they play better than when I got them now! Very reasonable pricing. Would highly reccomend

Matt the guitar tech fixed an electronic problem on my bass years ago, and recently did a setup on my (electric) guitar, including filing the nuts slots. He did a great job and I'm so grateful to have him work on my guitars! Next time I need guitar work done that I can't do, I'll be going to Matt at FMC. And Greg is a cool guy and was helpful too. I like supporting the local small businesses. Thanks Matt and FMC !

It’s the place to go for friendly service and competitive prices for our music instruments. We’ve rented and bought clarinets and violins. I’ve compared prices on a specific model of clarinet, and Family Melody offered the lowest price. They helped us choose the best violin for my son. After a year, my son wanted his violin to sound better, they’ve replaced the strings for that. You can find most accessories and music notes that you’d need for your instruments. They offer music lessons onsite as well. I highly recommend Family Melody Center. There’s street parking and parking lot behind the store.
