Was a client of E&R when Ralph Wright was running the operations - great tax guy. Started using him when I returned from Germany (ex pat return) and for years after. Never a problem and he always had time to discuss my return and assure it was done correctly.Unfortunately, when Ralph left the company, I ended up with a very junior tax person for the 2021 tax year who was rushed, didn't take time to review properly the summary information I always provide with tax documents and ended up making a mistake which resulted in overpayment to the IRS of around $3000. Wasted a considerable amount of time to give me the wrong figures. When asked where the figures came from Linda said she would ask her boss to review and just never got back to me. Incredibly rude. Would not recommend.
