My husband made an appointment with Dr. Elfiky for today at noon. We get to the office and there is NO APPOINTMENT. This after preparing his blood work report, preparing questions for the doctor and driving through all the construction nonsense in Patchogue. You would think after some of the bad reviews of the office staff, this simple problem would be fixed but apparently not. It's a shame because this doctor seems to be liked but his office staff is ruining his business.

I'm so grateful for Dr Elfiky and all of his staff!! I was able to get a prompt appointment to treat my migraines and the doc did not stop seeing me until we found the proper treatment. The office staff are all very courteous and professional . They went above and beyond to help me.

If I could I would give Dr. Elfiky and his office a zero out of 5 stars.

This is office is unprofessional and the staff members are rude. I had over 3 problems with this office.

Problem 1) The day of my EMG on 9/30: The office calls me 3 mins before my appointment to let me know that my appointment needed to be rescheduled the guy who was doing my EMG was suck in NJ.

Problem 2) On 10/8, the NP who I saw- didn't seem to care to where l was told I just seeing them for EMG testing and tells me to back back in 2 months after my EMG test come positive for 2 pinched nerves in my C-spine.
