If I could I would give Dr. Elfiky and his office a zero out of 5 stars.

This is office is unprofessional and the staff members are rude. I had over 3 problems with this office.

Problem 1) The day of my EMG on 9/30: The office calls me 3 mins before my appointment to let me know that my appointment needed to be rescheduled the guy who was doing my EMG was suck in NJ.

Problem 2) On 10/8, the NP who I saw- didn't seem to care to where l was told I just seeing them for EMG testing and tells me to back back in 2 months after my EMG test come positive for 2 pinched nerves in my C-spine. Dr Elfiky is great but dealing with his office is an absolute NIGHTMARE. They never return your calls, lie and tell you they submitted things to insurance only to find out a week later that they never submitted it the day you asked. They don’t appeal anything on your behalf without you asking them to do it (which is their job!). You have to call and call and call just to get them to do ANYTHING, and even then, they’re still useless.
