Everyone from check in until I left was wonderful!
I don't know the receptionist name who helped me (short blonde hair) was very polite and helpful, she even pulled the frames for me that I had previously taken pictures of.
Dr. K was great and very thorough.
And Sam who took my eye measurements, helped me decide between 2 frames, went back into my history to make sure I got the correct lenses, and figured out the best price for me; went above and beyond!
Patchogue has the best staff
I was very happy with my experience at the Visionworks in Patchogue. I thought they were very attentive. I was working with Gem and he was truly a gem. I would most certainly refer people to Visionworks especially in Patchogue
I had not been happy with my order, my fault, and the woman at Visionworks was really nice and very helpful and resolved my issue right away. I’m very happy with the service there.
