Just spoke with and had a lovely conversation with Matt regarding what to do about Dotty (my hot tub where everything went wrong) . I just want to continue to express how happy and thankful I am to have found you guys and the journey we've been on has been one that I will never forget that this point. You guys feel like family and I love all of you no matter what comes going forward.

From my very first “in person” meeting which was on a Sunday! Matt from Bradley Backyard Inc. was very thorough informing me step by step the process of installing a new pool liner. He also left me a book where I was able to pick out a liner. Everyone we met with was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Our liner arrived within two weeks, as promised. The installers were lovely. They knew exactly what they were doing, they were efficient, incredibly tidy, and a pleasure to work with. I have used Bradley backyards multiple times (front yard, side patio and back patio). Each time they provided a quote, 3D drawings and the price quoted is what I paid. I am very happy with their work as evidenced by the number of times I have used them. Very happy & would recommend.
