She has been my GP for well over 10 years now. She is caring, takes her time with her patients and knows them inside and out. When my husband passed she even sent me a Mass Card. She goes the extra mile each and every time. Even now that I moved to Nassau County I will still make the trip to Patchogue! Her office staff is warm, friendly and accommodating. I will never go anywhere else! She is the ABSOLUTE BEST! The world of medicine needs more doctors like Dr. Alcasabas!

I went to her parents as a child and feel so blessed to continue with her. She is like family, so caring and warm at every visit, would never change. Her care with my mother when she was sick was top notch. Her care of my father before an after my mothers passing compares to no other family doctor I have ever seen. She treats him as it is her father with such affection and understanding. Our family is so happy with her practice, that she now has my children, my sisters child. Office great location , feels like you are visiting a friend not a cold office building. Staff is great.
