Are you kidding me!! Hands down the best custom home company. We had our home built in 2015,absolutely beautiful!! We had a couple of minor issues 8 years later and Chris came over personally and took care of them,no questions asked. I think he would come back tomorrow if I had a problem!! We love our home and if we were to have another built there is no question it would be TRIOU Custom homes!!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!

Our Triou Custom Home was built in 2024. The build was started in April and it was completed by late August. Being new to the area we researched online for home builders. We met with Darryl and were very impressed with his commitment to quality and service. Sadly, Darryl passed away during the construction process. Chris was very much involved and took over with our home being completed without any interruptions. We found Chris to be very attentive and responsive to any of our questions or concerns. Chris and his team finished our home about three years ago. Finished on time and on budget. Warranty work (there wasn't much) was done quickly and without question.They were so responsive, calls were returned in minutes and Chris was on site daily. We would recommend Triou's Custom Homes without question.
