Josh and his team were at our house for a few weeks to do a demo on a very poorly constructed three season room that turned out to be what would have been a series of issues if we would have left it. Josh’s team tore down the room with the goal to put in a new slider and expand the deck space where the room previously sat. Due to damp ground and a small pathway to the backyard, they somehow stripped the entire room down within just a few days by hand, leaving the yard space very clean each day when they left, with the deck space wrapped off so it was safe to live around while work was being done.
